Real SRS uses CognOScientia's adaptive scheduling to time each card individually based on how well you remembered it last time and how confident you were. When you answer a question, you tap one of three buttons: Guessed, Unsure, or Confident. The grade combines correctness with confidence — guessing right still flags the topic for review, because guessing right is luck, not knowledge.
